How to Paw Print Your Animals

Framed Cat Prints

While I was pinning away one night, I stumbled upon this awesome pin about framing your animals paw prints. So, naturally sometime that week I purchased black acrylic paint from the dollar store and prepped my cats for their paw print picture. Anddd, it turned out pretty well!

I purchased frames from the dollar store of course and I just used computer paper. It took a few times before I got the print I wanted to frame. Lets just say they did not enjoy it. Mostly because I had to wash their paws afterwards. paint. was. everywhere. So be prepared for that! If you have long haired cats/dogs then I would recommend trimming up their fur so you get a print of their pads and not their fur.

Another beneficial thing of having your animals paw prints hanging on your wall is that when you are doing some refinishing of furniture or painting of any kind and you find a few of these:

then you can identify the culprit. Let's see.. was it Sydney?

hmm, doesn't seem to fit. What about Taz?

nope. It wasn't Taz either. That leaves one...
Jackpot! I have a match. milo. what a little bugger.

Here are their mug shots.

Although they are very curious and get into everything, I love them all the same. Plus, their prints make for a pretty cool decor for my place, don't ya think??

Do you have any funny stories about your animals getting into no good? I'd love to hear them :)
